Fabio Zapata

Fabio Zapata is an accomplished CG Artist and Supervisor with extensive experience in the visual effects industry, currently freelancing since March 2018. As of December 2016, Fabio serves as Supervisor Layout Tracking on Set at ZERO VFX while also holding the position of CG Supervisor at Method Studios since January 2011. Previous roles include CG Supervisor at MPC and TD - Layout at ILM - Industrial Light & Magic. Fabio has held various positions ranging from TD - Layout Supervisor at Asylum Visual Effects to 3D Artist at Ring of Fire Studios. With a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Effects and Animation from The Art Institutes, obtained from 1998 to 2002, Fabio brings a strong educational background and professional expertise to the field.
