Francisco Santos

Francisco Santos is a Quality Director at Methode Electronics, bringing extensive experience in quality management from previous roles, including Corporate Quality Senior Manager at Whirlpool Corporation and Global Quality Director at Metalsa. Francisco served as the Past Chair of the ASQ Board of Directors, where they co-chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and contributed to ASQ's 2025-2028 Strategic Plan. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and an MBA from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside a Lean Systems Certification from the University of Kentucky.
