Kerry Seppala

Kerry Seppala possesses extensive experience in compensation and human capital management, having held several leadership positions across various organizations. Notably, Kerry served as Vice President of Global Total Rewards and HRIS at Methode Electronics from August 2018 to February 2020, and previously as Global Director of Compensation and Human Capital Management. Prior roles include Compensation Director at Breakthru Beverage Group and Compensation Manager at Schering Plough. Additionally, Kerry has worked as a consultant and holds a BA in Education and Psychology from Augustana College, as well as a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
