Savithri V. Raman MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the automotive and electronics industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of Program, Launch, and Change Management at Methode Electronics since July 2025, Savithri leads a transformative global strategy focused on operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. Prior roles include Head of Project Management in the User Experience Business Area at Continental, where Savithri oversaw projects for Ford and GM OEMs, and various managerial positions at HARMAN International, A123 Systems, Magna E-Car, General Motors, Continental Automotive, and Delphi Automotive. Savithri holds an Executive MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University.
