Kimberly James has a diverse work experience in various roles within the mental health field. kimberly started their career as an Assistant Director at Discovery Island Learning Center, where they supervised students and staff and provided education and training to parents. Following this, they worked as a Therapeutic House Mother at The King's Ranch of Jonesboro, focusing on Reactive Attachment Disorder in children from abusive and neglectful environments. Kimberly then took on the role of Project Coordinator at the East Arkansas Resource Conservation & Development Council, where they coordinated projects. kimberly continued their education and interned as a Master Social Work Student at Arkansas State University, working closely with veterans in individual and group therapy, as well as assisting with research involving combat veterans.
