Ashlee Kleinert currently serves as Chairperson of the Board at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support, a role held since May 2015, and is also a Board Member at St. Philip's School and Community Center since September 2023. Kleinert holds the position of Director at the Good Foundation and is the Founder of Ruthie's Fueled by Good, which operates Ruthie's Rolling Cafe, specializing in gourmet mac-n-cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches. Additional leadership roles include membership on the Dedman College Executive Board at Southern Methodist University, the Board of Directors for Methodist Health System Foundation Inc., and an Advisory Board Member for the Maguire Center for Ethics. Kleinert has also contributed as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Shelter Ministries of Dallas, a Commissioner on the Texas Governor’s Commission for Women, and a Board Member for New Friends New Life. Kleinert earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Southern Methodist University in May 1988.

Established in 1977, Methodist Health System Foundation was created to help focus on strengthening and supporting the needs of our growing health system. Over time, the Foundation has flourished into an essential and integral component, working its mission of generating consistent philanthropic support for the advancement of the health system.
