Deborah McCoy

Ms. McCoy has overall authority for providing leadership, direction and administration of direct patient care activities, nursing practice and nursing education and development across the organization. She is responsible for supporting and modeling a culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility and the overall patient experience. Ms. McCoy is also responsible for the Cardiovascular/Neuroscience, Orthopaedic and Oncology service lines, as well as Acute Rehabilitation, the GYN Oncology Institute, the Colorectal Surgery Institute and several nursing units.
