Rebecca Cullison

Rebecca Cullison serves as the Senior Vice President and President of Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital, a facility recognized for its comprehensive cardiac, orthopedic, stroke, and advanced surgical services, along with maternity care and a level 3 NICU. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Village At Germantown, a Continuing Care Retirement Community affiliated with Methodist Healthcare. Their career at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare began in 2004, during which Rebecca progressed through various roles including Vice President and Assistant Administrator at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. Academically, Rebecca holds both a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama.
