Sarah Krizan

Sarah Krizan is an accomplished pharmacy professional currently serving as the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Critical Care at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare since October 2019. Previously, Sarah held the position of PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2018 to June 2019 and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center from July 2017 to June 2018. Early career experience includes a Pharmacy Intern role at RITE AID and a Pharmacy Intern position at Broome Developmental Center, where responsibilities encompassed medication therapy management and patient counseling. Additionally, Sarah has academic experience as a Course Coach and French Tutor at the University of Rhode Island, where a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree was earned.
