Erica Hogue Gannon

Erica Hogue Gannon has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Erica is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Methodist Health System since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Physician Recruitment Manager at HCA Physician Services Group from March 2018 to May 2023. Erica also held the position of Physician Recruiter at Baylor Scott & White Health from November 2014 to March 2018. Before entering the healthcare industry, Erica worked as a Recruitment Manager at Democracy Prep Public Schools from March 2013 to October 2014. Their early career involved serving in various roles at the Peace Corps, including Recruitment Coordinator from September 2008 to February 2013, Regional Recruiter from August 2005 to September 2008, and Volunteer from January 2001 to November 2002.
