Michael Ball

Michael Ball has a diverse work experience in various companies. Michael is currently working as the Director of HR Technology at Methodist Health System since October 2021. Previously, from 2016 to 2020, they served as the Senior Director of HR Information Systems at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Before that, they held the position of Director of HR Information Systems at Glazer's Distributors from 2014 to 2016, and as the Human Resource Information System Manager from 2012 to 2014. Michael also worked as the Human Resource Information System Manager, Sr. Risk Analyst, and Sr. Financial Analyst at Rexel Holdings USA from 2004 to 2012. Furthermore, they have experience as a Senior Analyst at Brierley & Partners from 2000 to 2002 and as an Analyst/Programmer at Mary Kay, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.

Michael Ball completed a Bachelor's Degree in Russian Language/Russian Area Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1994. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the same university from 1994 to 1997. In 1992 to 1993, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center to complete a Russian Language Basic Course lasting 47 weeks. Later on, from 2003 to 2005, Michael earned their MBA degree with a focus on Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
