Christa Hedgpeth

Christa Hedgpeth is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Methodist Retirement Communities, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Christa worked as an Account Analyst at Insgroup from June 2020 to January 2023 and held the same title at Baldwin Risk Partners from June 2019 to January 2022. Christa's experience in human resources includes serving as an Associate Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Talen Energy between June 2019 and June 2020, as well as completing an internship at Spherion in April 2019. Christa is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Sam Houston State University, expected to be completed in December 2026, after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution in 2019 and an Associate of Science in Economics from Blinn College in 2017.
