Pat Crossley-Smith

Pat Crossley-Smith serves as the Executive Director of Digital at Methods since August 2017, previously holding the role of Head of Digital Delivery. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Bupa from July 2009 to November 2016 in various contract roles, such as Agile Product Owner and Lead Product Owner for the UK Digital Transformation programme, where responsibilities included translating stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps and driving Agile adoption. Prior to Bupa, Pat was a Senior Manager at British Airways from May 1999 to December 2008, playing a key role in the digital transformation of the company as part of the ba.com Leadership Team. Pat holds a degree from Lancaster University.
