Kristen Symonds has extensive experience in operations coordination, project management, and client relations across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator at Methuen Construction Company, Inc. since April 2018, Kristen oversees vendor insurance compliance, manages project startup and closeout processes, coordinates onboarding for new employees, and conducts project management through Procore. Prior experience includes functional medicine coordination at Family Acupuncture & Herbs, where Kristen successfully doubled company revenue through new programs, and managing operations at Flag Hill Winery, Route 1 Kettlebell, and Fit Rev. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2009, and has a background in fitness and customer service roles throughout their career.
