Michelle Trodella

Michelle Trodella has extensive work experience in various industries. Michelle began their career as a Paralegal at Joseph A. Ritzo, PC in 2002 and later worked as a Paralegal at Melissa M. Zani, PLLC from 2003 to 2007. Michelle then took on the role of Administrator at Bil Ray Group, where they were responsible for contract management and processing.

In 2009, Michelle transitioned into the heating and cooling industry, working as an Office Manager at Mike Brennan Heating and Cooling and later as an Administrator at Haffners Service Stations, Inc. Michelle gained experience in office duties, customer correspondence, and dispatching technicians.

From 2013 to 2014, Michelle worked as a Legal Secretary at sklawyers, pllc and as a Career Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company, where they provided benefits analysis and suggestions.

In 2014, Michelle joined Armand E. Lemire Co as a Project Coordinator, specializing in commercial heating and water treatment. Michelle'sresponsibilities included processing purchase orders, bids, and change orders, as well as conducting job analysis.

Michelle's most recent positions include Senior Manager of Project Administration and Director of Operations Administration at Methuen Construction Company, Inc. Michelle was responsible for managing project administration and operation administration departments, ensuring compliance, overseeing project insurance and risk analysis, and managing resources.

Michelle Trodella attended McIntosh College from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Paralegal. Before that, they completed their high school education at Timberlane Regional High School from 1996 to 1999. Apart from their formal education, Michelle Trodella has obtained several certifications from Procore Technologies. Michelle became Procore Certified: Subcontractor in April 2018, Procore Certified: Engineer in March 2018, and Procore Certified: Associate in November 2016.
