Louis G. Zachary

Louis G. Zachary, Jr. is a Managing Principal providing financial and strategic advice to media companies.

With over 30 years of investment banking experience advising companies in the media space, Mr. Zachary was formerly with Lazard Frères where he served as a Managing Director, Co-Head of TMT, and Senior Advisor at Lazard Frères. His experience includes origination and execution of a full spectrum of transactions for companies in the sector, including strategic advisory, M&A and capital raises.

Prior to his years at Lazard, Mr. Zachary was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Media Group at Merrill Lynch and also at Credit Suisse First Boston. He is a graduate of Harvard College and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
