We want to make talents shine!

Our focus is on deploying every talent in the right place, filling vacancies in your company with new talent and allowing hidden talents to flourish!

We have been working for technically-oriented companies in the north-east of the Netherlands for 14 years. We support organisations without a personnel department in the optimum set-up of their company.

• Recruitment & Selection
• HRM-advice
• Talent coaching
• Test programmes & assessment
• Team coaching & training
• Quality & safety

We work with a small and close team of six practically-oriented, academically-educated professionals who each have their own specialisms. Because we all work from the talents we were given, we complement each other enabling us to offer extremely comprehensive services.

We respond to the changing market

The market in which you and your company find yourselves, is changing rapidly. We do everything we can to keep up with these changes to be able to serve you as currently as possible.

Subjects such as digitisation, technological advances, flexibilisation and internationalisation play a large role. We at Métier have taken great strides in these subject matters over the past few years.

We work with up-to-date recruitment software, making our R&S procedures efficient, fast, overseeable and complete. A linked, entirely new website and the use of online tools also contribute.

In addition, we can now organise recruitment procedures in collaboration with recruitment organisations in several European countries! Are you interested? Please get in touch with us and we will tell you about all the possibilities.

Métier is keeping up to date! Are you coming?

Can we help you? Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us, phone: +31 (0)38-4528833 or email: info@metier.nl
