Prior experience includes a managerial finance role at Nawan Laboratories (PVT) LTD from December 2008 to October 2018 and an accountant position at Feroz Aziz and Co. (Chartered Accountants) from November 2007 to November 2008. Pirani holds an MBA in Finance from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, completed between 2007 and 2010, and has furthered professional development at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2014 to 2016.
