Dorthe Nilsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and human resources. Currently serving as an Advisory Project Manager at Metier OEC since January 2015, Dorthe specializes in project development within the healthcare device sector. Previous roles include Human Resources & Quality Manager at Roche Diagnostics Norge AS, where responsibilities encompassed global HR implementation and quality management systems, and Biological Lab Technician at Unilabs in a temporary position. Additionally, Dorthe has extensive experience as a consultant and educator for health secretaries, as well as various positions in laboratory technology and product specialization in the early stages of the career. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science from Svendborg sykehus and various studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
