Erika Carlsten Rodriguez

Erika Carlsten Rodriguez has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as Team Leader for Academy & Project Systems at Metier since August 2012, where responsibilities also include positions as Board Member and Account Manager. Previous roles at Metier involved operations and project coordination, alongside experience at Storebrand as Coordinator for Corporate Agreements and a brief tenure at White Label Insurance as Project Manager. Early career included positions in retail and customer advisory at RNB Retail and Brands and SEB, respectively. Erika holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Crisis Management and International Cooperation from Försvarshögskolan, as well as degrees in Political Science and Democracy and Human Rights from Uppsala University and Stockholm School of Theology.
