Lotte M. Sollie Gulliksen

Lotte M. Sollie Gulliksen currently serves as the Leadership- and Team Development Manager at Metier, a position held since September 2010, and also functions as a pedagogical leader, mentor, and lecturer within Metier Outplacement, overseeing career change and development training programs. Prior experience includes roles as Study Counselor and Project Coordinator at Ark Bokhandel from June 2006 to August 2010, along with part-time positions in various retail and journalistic capacities since 1995. Lotte holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogy/Educational Science from the University of Oslo and additional certifications, including a certified instructor in Jungian Type Index from Optimas Organisasjonspsykologene AS.
