Silje Østmoen Krafft has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Silje started their career as an IT Consultant at Olsten Datavikar AS in 1998 before joining Wolters Kluwer as a System Developer in 2001. After that, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Capus from 2006 to 2008, and then as an Advisor/IT Manager at Randstad Norway from 2008 to 2013. Silje continued their HR career at IT Consult A S, where they served as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Metier as the Head of Recruitment for Metier Digital, a role they have held since 2021. Additionally, they have also been a Client Manager for the public sector at Metier since 2017.
