Metier is an Australian-owned recruitment agency specialising in Office & Business Support in Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide. Our promise is simple: 'to find the best specialist talent in the market and add real value to our client’s businesses'.

We like the idea that trust should be earned through experience (and, of course, some pretty incredible results). We believe in keeping promises and pleasantly surprising our clients and candidates. Plus, whilst we may be just a little idealistic, we still believe in boring old words like “integrity”, “credibility” and “accountability”.

Metier has built an enviable reputation in the industry, recognised as one of Australia’s favourite recruiters in the SEEK SARA Awards annually since 2008, becoming a SARA Legend in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In doing this our recruitment team has helped some of the world’s biggest companies and business leaders as well as some of the smallest. We’re humbled when they tell all their friends about us and continue coming back. Relationships are important to us. After all, our most valuable asset is you.
