Katerina Sumareva

Katerina Sumareva's work experience begins in 2002, where they worked as a Training Specialist at UMC. Katerina later became an Expert of the CRM Department within the same company. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at OTP Bank in various roles. Katerina started as a Specialist in the Training and Development Department, and eventually became the Head of the Learning and Development Department. Katerina also briefly served as the Head of the E-Learning Sector. Currently, they are the Head of Training and Development at Metinvest Digital since 2021.
