Maksym Balanyuk

Maksym Balanyuk is the Head of R&D at Metinvest Digital, where Maksym manages and develops different technology streams, oversees business processes, team development, program management, product development/management, account management, budgeting/financial planning, consulting, digital advising, and sales. Maksym is also the technology ambassador managing the IT R&D center in one of the biggest metallurgical holdings globally. Maksym has experience as a Project Delivery Manager at Diceus, Head of Department at JSC KREDOBANK, Project Manager at Innovation Platform, Head of Department at OTP Bank Ukraine, and Alfa Bank Ukraine, and Sales Manager at OTP Bank. Maksym holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Banking University.
