Julia Ryakhovskaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business support and organizational development. Currently serving as Business Support Director and Head of the Saving Lives humanitarian program at Metinvest since October 2016, Julia oversees general services, infrastructure for employees, transformational digital projects, and HR functions across Europe, the UK, and the USA, with a strong focus on humanitarian efforts during wartime. Julia’s previous roles include Head of Organization Development Department at Metinvest, where responsibilities included digital HR solutions and performance management, and significant positions at DTEK, including Head of Internal Consulting Department and Head of Post Merger Integration Department, where Julia led initiatives in project management and operational efficiency. Julia began a career at IBM as a Strategy and Change Consultant, emphasizing operational and organizational optimization. Julia holds a PhD in Economics and has completed executive education at renowned institutions such as INSEAD, IE Business School, and The Wharton School.
