Roman Perepelytsia

Roman Perepelytsia, CFA, serves as the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Metinvest since April 2010, where responsibilities include corporate strategy, M&A activities, business valuation, and macroeconomic forecasting for the steel market. Previous roles at Metinvest include Head of Strategic Analysis and Project Manager of the M&A Department. In addition, Roman has contributed as a Board Member and Treasurer for CFA Society Ukraine and held positions on the Supervisory Board of the AUSD. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Altana Capital and Investment Company «Keramet Invest». Academically, Roman holds a Master's degree in Finance from Donetsk National University, has completed postgraduate studies, and is pursuing ACCA certification. Education includes attendance at INSEAD and contributions to economic literature.
