Metis Global Partners

METIS GLOBAL PARTNERS is an independent, diverse and woman owned and led firm located in San Diego, California. Founded in 2013, we provide both active and beta management of global and international equity portfolios, with strategies spanning the full range of large to micro-cap opportunities. The firm believes that the consistent application of valuation driven decisions that strive to be free of behavioral bias is the most effective way to create wealth for its clients. BIAS AVERSE VALUE INVESTING Metis’ roots are firmly grounded in a rich history of both academic and practitioner research at the intersection of global equity markets and investor behavior. By applying global fundamental knowledge in a systematic manner to large opportunity sets, our process is designed to systematically capture the value premium on a global basis. In all of our portfolios, Metis employs bottom up valuation analysis to companies in over 60+ unique global industries using a process that constructs benchmark agnostic portfolios, focused on capturing ‘pockets’ of value around the globe. This ‘best-of both-worlds’ investment approach allows us to combine the strengths and avoid the weaknesses of pure fundamental or pure quantitative strategies.
