Kevin Truong

Kevin Truong is a Backend Software Engineer at Metis Technology Solutions, Inc., since February 2023, with prior experience as a Guitar Teacher at Darrell Leffler's Academy of Music from July 2019. In the role as a Guitar Teacher, Kevin taught children aged 8-16, fostering their musical development by tailoring lessons to individual interests. Kevin's technical background includes a position as a Technician at Mindtree (Intel) from September 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities involved managing machinery for processor testing and troubleshooting software errors. As a Bioinformatician Intern at USRA NAMS (N.A.S.A.) during the summer of 2021, Kevin developed and tested data processing pipelines using Python and Bash scripts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Jose State University, earned in May 2022.
