Miao Wan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as a BD Manager at METiS Therapeutics starting in June 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Miao Wan served as a Strategy and Planning Manager at Sperogenix. They also held the position of Marketing Strategy Manager at Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group from 2018 to 2020. Miao Wan gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Shenzhen Research Institute of The Hong Kong Polytech University from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, from 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor at BAIN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (GUANGZHOU) CO., LTD.

苗 万 received a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from South China University of Technology, from 2005 to 2009. 苗 then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Management from The University of Hong Kong, from 2015 to 2017.
