Andrei Sinelnikov

Andrei Sinelnikov has a diverse and extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Andrei currently works as the DC of Process at MetisDAO Foundation since December 2022. Prior to that, they were an Information Technology Solutions Architect at Metis starting from February 2022.

From 2017 to 2022, Andrei worked as a Solutions Architect at Bruce Power, where they collaborated with business and systems analysts and engineers to gather and review requirements. Andrei also developed enterprise-level solutions that integrated across applications, systems, and platforms.

Before that, they served as an Enterprise Application Architect at Alberta Education from 2014 to 2017. From 2011 to 2013, Andrei held the position of Application Architect/Solutions Architect at Servus Credit Union. Andrei also worked as a Technical Team Lead at the City of Edmonton from December 2010 to September 2011.

Andrei started their career at Sierra Systems in 2002 as an Information Technology Consultant and continued working there until September 2011. Andrei briefly worked as an Application Architect/Technical Team Lead at the Worker's Compensation Board in 2010.

From 2008 to 2010, Andrei worked as an Application Architect at Alberta Municipal Affairs, and prior to that, they served as an Application Architect/Technical Team Lead at Alberta Advanced Education and Technology from 2006 to 2008.

Overall, Andrei Sinelnikov has gained extensive experience in technology architecture, solution development, and team leadership through their various roles in both the public and private sectors.

Andrei Sinelnikov obtained a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer Systems Design and Technology from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET) between 1991 and 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned several certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Web Developer (MCPD: Web Developer), Microsoft Certified IT Professional in Microsoft SQL Server (MCITP: SQL Server), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft SQL Server (MCTS: SQL Server), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Microsoft Windows Server (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator on Microsoft Windows Server (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Microsoft .NET (MCSD.NET), Microsoft Certified Application Developer for Microsoft .NET (MCAD.NET), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD). Andrei has also obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
