Ashley Spradlin's work experience begins in 2010 as an Adjunct Faculty at Texarkana College. In 2014, they became a Teacher at Bryan ISD and then moved on to Birdville ISD in 2015 for the same role. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at SDE Seadragon Education as a Teacher and ESL Program Developer. In 2017, they joined the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District as a Teacher and 504 Coordinator. In 2019, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Breathing Bird LLC and simultaneously became the Editorial Director at YogaByCandace® LLC. In 2020, they transitioned to IDEA Public Schools as a Teacher, and in 2022, they became the Head of Education at Metis and the Educational Programs Manager at CryptoChicks - International Hub for Women Talent in Blockchain.
Ashley Spradlin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in English Language and Literature, General from Texas A&M University-Texarkana between 2008 and 2009. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) with a specialization in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Texas A&M University.
