Dustin Gray

Dustin Gray is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in managing sustainability initiatives across the energy and metal sectors in Latin America. Currently serving as the Corporate Sustainability Manager for Metlen Energy & Metals since November 2021, Dustin previously held the position of Head of Sustainability at SCL Energia Activa from April 2015 to November 2021, where leadership was provided in compliance with international sustainability standards across multiple Latin American countries. Earlier roles included consultancy work at Recycla, sustainability advising at Gray Consultoría, and various environmental specialist positions at Endesa and INGENDESA. Dustin holds a degree in Geography with a focus on sustainable development and the environment from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
