Gemma Davis

Gemma Davis is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal for Corporate Transactions at METKA EGN since October 2023. Previously, Gemma held various positions at EY from September 2018, including Partner and Director, and also served as Partner at EY LAW for a brief period in 2022. Gemma's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Penningtons Manches LLP and Rooks Rider, and as a Solicitor at Glovers Solicitors LLP. Gemma began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Rickerbys after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Reading between 2000 and 2003.
