Konstantinos Kafetzis

Konstantinos Kafetzis is an experienced project manager and developer in the energy efficiency sector, currently working at Metlen Energy & Metals since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an asset performance engineer at E.ON, where performance of community energy assets was assessed, and as a commercial developer at RWE npower, focusing on carbon reduction strategies and new energy technologies. Konstantinos has also served as a project engineer, addressing technical challenges in biomass systems, and worked as a commercial analyst, evaluating energy efficiency technologies. Educational qualifications include an MSc with Distinction in Sustainable Energy Systems from The University of Edinburgh and an MEng. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Military service was completed with the Hellenic Army in 2014.
