Nikos Bozikis

Nikos Bozikis is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Metlen Energy & Metals since June 2023. Previously, as the Global Head of Talent at Blueground, Nikos successfully led the recruitment of 865 individuals, facilitating the company's rapid growth across 17 countries and significantly enhancing the candidate experience. Notable achievements include scaling the talent acquisition team, implementing a new applicant tracking system, and developing an effective talent strategy that reduced hiring time and costs while improving employee engagement.
