Thomas Melitsis

Thomas Melitsis currently serves as the Regional Managing Director for Romania and General Manager for the APAC region at MYTILINEOS S.A. since April 2017. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of General Director at EGNATIA ROM from July 2005 to April 2024, where responsibilities included site acquisition and permit management from 2005 to 2008 and overseeing general management thereafter. Thomas's career began as a Field Engineer at EOLOS in early 1994, followed by roles as a Production Quality Engineer at LAFARGE - TEMKAT BETON, Installations Teams Supervisor at BAUFEN, and Site Acquisition Manager at Egnatia Tel. Expertise spans company and business administration, project management, and development, particularly in the EPC/BoS sector for solar plants and telecom infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
