Ljubica Ljubetic Mérida

Ljubica Ljubetic Mérida is an experienced HR professional with a focus on business partnership and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Business Partner Manager at MetLife Chile since November 2021, Ljubica has previously held significant HR roles at Provida AFP from September 2019 to October 2021 and at Unilever from August 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and leading people experience initiatives across multiple countries. Ljubica holds a Diplomado en Gestión del Cambio e Innovación Organizacional from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Universidad Alberto Hurtado. Additionally, Ljubica is currently enrolled in the Advance Management Program at ESE Business School Chile.
