Rômulo Souto

Rômulo Souto has extensive experience in training, development, and operational management within major organizations, currently serving as T&D Engajamento at MetLife Brasil since April 2022. In this role, Rômulo is the focal point for implementations, managing new partners, engagement actions, and content creation. Prior to this, Rômulo worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from May 2015 to May 2022, holding several positions including Training - Trade Marketing Comercial, where responsibilities included onboarding and training new employees and collaborating with over 30 partners. Rômulo has also worked in quality assurance for call center operations, focusing on customer experience, training, and improvement initiatives. Rômulo is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holds a Technologist degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos and a Bachelor's degree in Comunicação Empresarial from Universidade Paulista.
