Carolina Garnier

Carolina Garnier currently serves as the Direct Sales & Digital Director at MetLife France since February 2023, and is a founding partner of Bookbinders Design France, a position held since December 1995. At MetLife, Carolina's extensive experience includes various roles where responsibilities encompass strategic project management, marketing, and operational development within the insurance sector, particularly focusing on direct-to-consumer business and innovative distribution strategies. Before MetLife, Carolina held significant positions at MetLife Alico, ALICO - AIG VIE, and Groupama, where contributions included the establishment of marketing frameworks, operational marketing management, and the launch of new insurance products. Carolina Garnier holds a degree from NEOMA Business School and a Project Management certification from Cegos Prince 2.
