Ellie Chambers

Ellie Chambers currently serves as Senior Manager of Team Member and Fan Experience at MetLife Stadium since March 2020, having progressed through various roles including Manager and Senior Coordinator in Guest Services. Responsibilities include managing a part-time staff of 15-25, creating a paperless Guest Services process, training new hires, and addressing guest issues during events. Prior experience includes coordinating Fan Experience for the Tampa Bay Rays and interning with the Philadelphia Eagles, managing large teams and overseeing significant revenue-generating projects. Ellie holds a degree from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven and has a foundation in sports administration solidified through initiatives at State College Spikes Baseball and involvement in the Sports Information Department at Lock Haven University.
