Abhinav Dendukuri

Abhinav Dendukuri currently serves as Vice President and Head of Retail Annuity Reinsurance (RAR) and R&D at MetLife since September 2025. Prior to this position, Dendukuri was Treasurer at HealthEquity from March 2023 to September 2025, managing a $500 million Custodial Revenue P&L and overseeing significant cash management responsibilities. Before HealthEquity, Dendukuri held the role of Principal Product Manager at Amazon, focusing on a $400 million revenue P&L in the Value Added Services team. Dendukuri's experience also includes a Vice President position at Pacific Life, responsible for P&L management and strategy development within Defined Contribution business lines, and nearly a decade at Prudential Financial, where Dendukuri advanced through various roles including Head of Actuarial Pricing and R&D, significantly growing the business. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
