Annie Chae is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Leader for Global Talent R&D in the Ads, Devices, and Global Media Entertainment divisions at Amazon, Annie has previously held key roles at Meta as the Head of Specialized Engineering Recruiting and at Amazon in various leadership positions, including Head of Global Talent Intelligence & Strategy for Alexa and Devices. As the Founder of talentCI LLC and a Senior Manager in Global Talent Labs at Microsoft Corporation, Annie has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovative recruiting strategies. Annie Chae holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
