Ashish Kale is a seasoned professional in the field of insurance and technology, currently serving as VP of Group Insurance - Core and Small Business Solution and Design Engineering at MetLife since April 2023. Previously, Ashish held multiple VP roles at Prudential Financial from April 2018 to April 2023, including VP of Group Insurance Technology, where responsibilities involved CIO functions and technology modernization, and VP of Retirement, overseeing digital customer experiences in 401k and IRA platforms. At Voya Financial, from November 2009 to April 2018, Ashish led technology initiatives impacting customer experiences and developed solutions to enhance brand promotion and financial wellness.
