Cassidy Self is a strategy professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at MetLife. With a background that includes roles in customer experience, product development, and operations optimization, they previously held various positions at Buchanan & Edwards, where they led significant corporate rebranding efforts. Cassidy also advanced through several key roles at MetLife, including AVP for Customer Experience and Inforce Optimization and a Leadership Development Associate in a comprehensive rotational program. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Management from Clemson University.
