Devanand Kamalakaran

Devanand Kamalakaran is an experienced technology professional currently serving as AVP, Senior Principal Engineer at MetLife since December 2015, where the focus is on delivering DX/DevEx/DEx platforms for the developer community. Prior to this role, Devanand held the position of Senior Project Manager at Cognizant from April 2006 to November 2015, leading various application integration and acquisition projects for major clients and overseeing the architecture and implementation of the MarkIt EDM platform. Earlier in the career, Devanand worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. from September 2002 to March 2006, contributing as an application developer and technical analyst. Devanand holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, completed in 2002.
