Hemant Gupta

Hemant Gupta is a seasoned professional in the insurance and employee benefits sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manager at MetLife since January 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Manager for the Retail MENA region at Qatar Insurance Company from June 2020 to April 2023, and serving as General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Compass® Dubai from February 2018 to June 2020. Hemant Gupta has also contributed to Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as Manager of IFA Distribution and Head of Travel Insurance in the Middle East from January 2012 to December 2017, and was Regional Manager of Travel at AXA from May 2004 to December 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Institute of Management Studies.
