Jane Clements

Jane Clements serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Learning & Development at MetLife, where responsibilities encompass leading the global learning and development strategic agenda and enhancing employee engagement through high-impact solutions. Clements has held various leadership roles at MetLife, including Vice President of Executive Learning and Development and Vice President of Global Talent Management, focusing on executive and talent development initiatives. Clements previously contributed to Verizon as Vice President of Talent & Leadership Management and Executive Director of Human Resources, as well as held roles at GTE in human resources management and operations. Clements earned an MBA in Personnel & Industrial Relations from Syracuse University and a BA in Psychology from Canisius University.
