Jon Templeton

Jon Templeton, MBA, CSSBB, currently serves as AVP of US Digital Transformation Program Delivery at MetLife, a position held since May 2019. Prior to this role, Jon Templeton contributed to digital transformation initiatives in retirement services at MassMutual from 2018 to May 2019. At Lincoln Financial Group, Jon Templeton held various positions from April 2005 to 2018, including AVP roles in transformational change, IT digital leadership, and life, annuity, and executive benefit systems, as well as Director of IT for BPM systems, imaging, and workflow. Educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a degree in Design and Technology from North Carolina State University.
