Kirsten Jackson

Kirsten Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at MetLife since October 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing a global mandatory training program and managing a Community of Practice for mentoring programs. Prior to MetLife, Kirsten worked at Northern Trust as a 2nd Vice President and Client Service Manager, serving as the primary contact for Fund Administration clients. With a strong background in training and development from Northern Trust, Kirsten holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from North Central College.
